Undo an import in one click

Snapshots

Before an import changes a product, customer or collection, Bulkvane saves a snapshot of it as it was. The snapshot is saved first, so Undo works even if the import stops halfway.

How to undo

1. Open Jobs and choose the import.
2. Click Undo and confirm.
3. Bulkvane restores each item it changed, deletes items the import created and re-creates items it deleted (with new IDs). Progress is shown on the job page.

What Undo can't do

• Undo is available for 30 days after an import. After that, the snapshot is deleted with the job's files.
• It restores data the import changed. It doesn't roll back orders, analytics, or edits made by hand after the import.
• If an item was deleted in Shopify after the import, it can't be restored.
